Your responsibilities
• Providing independent advice and support to our clients, with a focus on commercial and corporate law
• Handling exciting and diverse mandates
• Developing practical and commercially viable solutions
• Representing our clients in and out of court
• Working closely with our team and engaging in direct exchange with the partners
• The opportunity to develop and expand your own areas of legal expertise
What you bring to the table
• A successfully completed second state examination in law
• Solid knowledge of or a strong interest in commercial and corporate law
• A passion for legal challenges and direct client interaction
• Self-initiative, a sense of responsibility, and a structured approach to work
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a confident demeanor
• A desire to grow both professionally and personally
