The Interdisciplinary Institute for Automated Systems e.V. (RifaS) as well as the Faculty of Law at Leibniz University Hannover invite you to the first Hanover interdisciplinary conference "AI - Liability - Insurance"

Explore the intersections between Artificial Intelligence (AI), law, and insurance. This event offers you the opportunity to learn about the latest developments and challenges in these areas and to exchange ideas with experts from academia and practice. You can expect engaging presentations and discussions on the new AI Regulation and the shaping of liability issues, legal aspects surrounding the use of AI in the insurance sector, the liability of banks when using AI, as well as the benefits and risks of AI in the legal profession. The event will conclude with an interdisciplinary panel discussion addressing the question of whether AI and its decision-making processes are (still) explainable at all.
